Each year the Lake County Treasurer conducts a tax sale of parcels that carry an unpaid balance for taxes and special assessments. The information below covers registration, the sale schedule, and how to view the property listing for the 2026 sale.

Registration	Wednesday, July 22, 2026 – Friday, August 14, 2026 at ZEUSAUCTION.COM
Registration Fee	$100.00 to register ($100.00 non-refundable paddle fee)
Sale Dates	Friday, September 4, 2026 – Tuesday, September 8, 2026
Publication Date	July 29, 2026 (Post-Tribune & Times)
