Lake Central High School championship cheerleaders honored
(Crown Point, Ind., Dec. 10, 2024) Lake County Councilman Pete Lindemulder, R-4th, and the Lake County Council Tuesday recognized the 2024 Lake Central High School Varsity cheer champions with a resolution honoring their success.
The varsity cheer squad earned the state championship title in the Large Time-Out Division Nov. 9 at New Castle High School.
Lindemulder offered his congratulations to the state champion cheer team from Lake Central
“It is amazing to see the hours and hours of hard work and dedication to bear fruit with this accomplishment,” Lindemulder said.
The council also recognized individual varsity cheerleaders Maddy Biggerstaff, Autumn Garcia and Peyton Morris, who were named to the Indiana All-State Cheer Team.
